AiONA is a product of Zalous Inc., a Delaware corporation. This Privacy Policy explains how Zalous Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use AiONA, our websites, beta programs, software, support, and related services.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information, company profile information, network and device information, AiONA interaction data, technical and usage information, and communications you send to us.

  • Account data such as name, work email, company name, login data, and invitation codes.
  • Network and device data such as IP addresses, MAC addresses, hostnames, topology, traffic metadata, logs, configuration, and policy information.
  • Interaction and support data such as prompts, AI outputs, recommendations, support requests, beta feedback, screenshots, and recordings submitted through approved channels.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, secure, support, and improve AiONA, including discovery, topology, diagnostics, alerts, root-cause analysis, recommendations, account access, downloads, support, misuse detection, and legal compliance.
